How is the price worked out?
Small repairs are quoted as a fixed price once we understand the problem. Larger projects get an itemised quote listing parts and labour, so you can compare options before agreeing.
How soon can someone come out?
Urgent requests are prioritised and we'll reply with the earliest available window. Planned work is booked at a time that suits you, including coordination with other trades.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Clear access to the affected area and, if you can, know where your main stop valve is. Photos of the problem or the model label on a water heater help us bring the right parts.
Is the workmanship guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed and manufacturer warranties on supplied parts are passed on to you. Details are written into every quote.
Can you supply fixtures, or fit ones I've bought?
Both. We can recommend and supply reliable fittings, or install taps, toilets and appliances you've already chosen.
